German porcelain plaque, likely KPM, after a painting by Edouard Bisson (French, 1856-1939), "A Young Beauty with a Wreath of Roses," depicting a young woman in a pink Grecian-style dress leaning against a column and gazing into the distance. Signed "Wagner" along the lower right. Marked "Gesetzl. Geschutzt" along the verso; additionally with an impressed mark reading "3 11." The plaque is housed in a Rococo style giltwood frame with scrolling foliage.
