George Mann Niedecken (1878-1945). Prairie School Arts & Crafts hardwood chair, possibly oak. Niedecken's Milwaukee label is adhered to the underside of the seat. Niedecken studied with architect Otto Wagner in Vienna, as well as Alphonse Mucha. He is known for his collaboration with Frank Lloyd Wright on numerous home projects.
