Fritz Wilhelm Albert (1865ñ1940) for Northwestern Terra Cotta Company (Norweta), Chicago, USA. Prairie School Arts & Crafts Era lamp base depicting a woman, possibly Athena, with an owl. With a shade decorated in geometric designs. Albert is best known for his work for Gates Potteries (Teco).
