NASA photograph on Kodak paper depicting the shuttle Enterprise on the back of a Boeing 747 in transit to New Orleans for the World's Fair. Autographed and annotated by Fred Haise (American, b. 1933). The message reads "My old friend visiting New Orleans! Enterprise CDR." The photo with serial number 108-KSC-384C-1426. With photo information along the verso.

There are no rips, tears, or losses. The sheet is toned and there is a slight undulation. The emulsion is not entirely smooth and there are small glossy dots throughout the work. There is one spot that appears more opaque along the upper right quadrant. there is a slightly diagonal line running along the length of the right margin that may be due to the chemical process of creating the photograph. The signature itself is not faded and does not have any losses to the inscription. Along the verso there is a pen inscription "45" along the upper right corner. The printed blue information is slightly fuzzy and faded along the center of the text. The numeral 8 is written in pen along the lower block of text.
