Finely knotted Persian silk rug on a white ground with a profusion of well-depicted flowers. Possibly of Nain make with the profuse delicate foliage and peony-scroll borders typical of this region.
Length: 4 ft x width: 6 ft.
Condition
The rug is in overall good condition. The pile is even throughout. Likely some small losses to the fringe decoration. Some slight uneven discoloration, visible in the listing photos; one side is darker than the other.
