The couch is in generally good condition with no major tears, losses, or issues. The structure is sound and all components are firmly attached. There is one minute tear to the upholstery along the back of the seat cushion. Some wear and scratches to the metal legs as expected from age and use. There are a few extremely minute spots of discoloration to the upholstery.
