"Visions of the North" showcases art across time ranging from antique photographs showing the early years of Minnesota's history to recent works by contemporary artists such as Cameron Booth, George Morrison, and Warren MacKenzie. Koestner lived in Minnesota his entire life and, after studying at Minneapolis School of Art, he taught at Atelier Lack, founded by Richard Lack, whom he met in school. The two artists remained lifelong friends.

Unframed; height: 16 in x width: 16 in. Framed; height: 20 1/2 in x width: 20 1/2 in x depth: 2 1/4 in. The colors are bold and bright and the surface is stable. No tears, losses, or restorations when viewed under UV light. Light wear to the frame.
