John Tsombikos/Borf (American, b. 1987). Screenprint titled "Banned in D.C." with two photocopied sheets created and signed by the artist. "Banned in D.C." depicts a paint can labelled with the artist's name spilling onto a grittily portrayed image of the White House with text "COVER THE BASTARDS" above the White House; titled "BANNED IN D.C." in pencil along the lower center, and signed and dated 2006 in pencil along the lower right; inscribed "For Joel BF'08" in pencil along the verso. Includes one photocopied sheet of the inside of a book titled "BORF..." with text in English type throughout the sheet; signed "BORF!" and dated 2006 in pencil along the lower right. Photocopied sheet depicting a cube with the text "BORF!" along the top center, with text in English and French sprawling throughout the background; inscribed "THIS WAS LEFTOVER FROM A NIGHT OF WHEATPASTING IN 2004...," signed, and dated 2008 in pencil along the verso.
