Attributed to Ralph Albert Blakelock (1847-1919). Oil on panel depicting a figure in a boat on the water in a twilight landscape. Framed with an artist's nameplate marked "R. A. Blakelock, N.A." Accompanied with a facsimile letter from Norman Geske at the University of Nebraska putting the painting in a category III for Ralph Blakelock. Geske mentions that is has "some characteristics that are quite persuasive," but also has some elements that are atypical.
