Original 1996 hand-painted animation production cel of Bullwinkle J. Moose. Depicting the cartoon character standing in front of a sign reading "Frostbite Falls Minnesota." Framed with two lithograph reproductions of Minnesota State Lottery tickets featuring Bullwinkle. The cel was produced for an ad campaign for the Minnesota State Lottery. Along the verso there is a sketch of Bullwinkle signed by Bill Hurtz and inscribed "To Roxy - Best Wishes." With a certificate of authenticity.
(Cel) Sight; height: 9 1/2 in x width: 11 3/4 in. (Tickets) Sight; height: 7 1/2 in x width: 3 1/2 in. Framed; height: 16 in x width: 24 in x depth: 1 in.
The cel appears to be in good condition with no tears, losses, or restorations. The colors are bold and bright. Edges and verso not inspected; not inspected out of frame. Framed under glass. Light wear to the frame.
