Jiri "Georg" Dokoupil (Czech/German, b. 1954). Group of two silkscreens with hand-painted gouache from the "Cross Pictures" series including:
One titled "House," depicting a well and a house on a blue disc against a purple background. Pencil signed and dated 1986 along the lower right; numbered 30/33 along the lower left.
One tittled "Money," depicting a green wallet spilling coins onto a black disc against a yellow background. Pencil signed and dated 1986 along the lower right; numbered 30/33 along the lower left.

Each; unframed; height: 22 in x width: 22 in. Framed; height: 30 in x width: 30 in.
The prints are in excellent condition with no visible creases, tears, or losses. The four margins are not cut clean; however, it is original to the traditional printmaking artistic process. The prints are floated within the frame. The color is bold and bright. To the lower left of the yellow print, there is a minute loss to the paint, which might be possibly original. No signs of restoration under UV light. Both are framed under plexiglass and were not inspected out of frame. Please contact us for a detailed condition report.
