The ceramics are in good condition in general; no major chips, cracks, or dents. Both do not show any sign of restoration under UV light. Both have wear to their underside, consistent with age and use. The bowl has three minute chips along its rim. There is crazing throughout the piece, particularly along its interior. Firing and glazing flaws throughout, which are likely to be original to the artistic practice. The cup shows firing flaws throughout, most likely to be original to the piece. There is crazing starts to form near the red pattern. There is an area that measures 2 inches with white accretion to the interior of the cup. No visible chips to the cup.
