Donald Gahr (American, b. 1940). Two hanging carved wooden waterfowl, ca. 1985. Colorfully oil painted and with detachable wooden wings that extend outwards. One bird with carved legs that descend from the body. Gahr was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and lived for three decades there before settling in Wisconsin.

Condition
The birds are in generally good condition with only small chips, losses, or cracks throughout. Dust collected throughout each bird. The wings are detached.
