19th c. Chinese hardwood stand, possibly huanghuali, of rectangular form with rounded corners.
Height: 3 in x width: 16 3/4 in x depth: 10 3/4 in.
The item is in fair condition overall with no major cracks or losses. Consistent with age and use, wear throughout; there is a 6 inches long crack to the surface. Water mark to the top. When inspected under UV light, there are visible signs of glue restorations to where each component is assembled to each other. Despite the restoration, the stand feels stable and sturdy.
