Spanish or Italian Baroque carved, painted, and gilt wooden bust of a bishop. His mitre has two diamond motifs on each side, with gilding throughout. His face is gaunt with wide eyes, locks of his hair flow out from under the mitre, with overall good patina. Marked "50.55" and "Acc. 50.55" in red paint along the neck of the bust.
