One pair of mid-twentieth century white opal dangle friction back earrings in 14 karat yellow gold. Each earring contains a pear shaped cabochon cut white opal measuring 8.5 mm by 6 mm, weighing approximately 0.70 carats, twelve round opal cabochons the each measure 2.5 mm and weigh approximately 0.05 carats, and one round opal cabochon measuring 3mm and weighing approximately 0.09 carats. Each earring has a total opal weight of approximately 1.39 carats. Impressed maker's mark "SB" along the friction back. Impressed hallmark "14K" along the friction back.
