One early twentieth century 14 karat yellow gold brooch with sapphires and diamonds. The center has a round cabochon cut blue sapphire and is surrounded by six old mine cut diamonds that are approximately .08 carats each. This is also surrounded by eighteen old mine cut in diamonds weighing approximately .12 carats each and six old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately .34 carats each. The total carat weight is approximately 3.8 carats. An acid test has determined this to be 14K.
